JOB DESCRIPTION
1. General
Viet Dang Quang (VDQ) is the Education Center that operates in Ho Chi Minh City. We are looking for expat ESL teachers to teach at public schools, which is included Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, and Highschools in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
We are currently looking for qualified native English teachers from the United States, Canada, England, Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand for part-time teaching positions.
2. Position: English Teacher
3. Start date: September 2022
4. Location: Ho Chi Minh City.
5. Description
Teach General English or Maths & Science to students at public schools.
Create engaging and effective lesson plans based on the curriculums provided.
Monitor students’ progress and deliver regular reports regarding their participation and progress.
Substitution if needed.
Take part in company events when required.
Attend the Training courses necessitated by the Employer to improve teaching skills.
Attend the meetings and professional workshops organized by the Employer.
Actively participate in the production and sharing of learning resources with teaching colleagues.
6. Job Benefit
Teaching time: assigned as a teacher’s availability
Salary: Net 420-460k/hour (after tax)
The Company pays Work Permit fee
Bonus for Vietnamese teacher day, Christmas day, Birthday, and completion bonus
7.Requirements
College/ University degree
TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certificate
Native level of English language proficiency
Knowledge of various teaching methods, especially for public school
Excellent communication skills, patient and friendly personality
Willing to travel for work
